Questa è la seconda visita di Halo al programma di concerti di ‘Made in Europe’; la prima volta hanno suonato al Teatro La Fabbrica, Villadossola, nel quarto concerto del programma di ‘Made in Europe’.
Per chi non conoscesse la storia del Team Halo (precedentemente ‘Stone Halo’),
qui c’è un breve sommario…
Nella primavera del 2005, cinque apparentemente normali musicisti si unirono per formare una rock ‘n’ soul band chiamata ‘Stone Halo’. Da una miriade di suoni, presto ‘Stone Halo’ ricavò un unico e ipnotico sound rock e soul.
Nella loro seconda esibizione hanno supportato gli esplosivi Alabama3 (famosi per ‘The Sopranos’) in Norvegia e Inghilterra e sono stati chiamati di nuovo per altri show nel loro tour del 2005.
Da allora hanno suonato in molti posti eccezionali entusiasmando le folle su e giù nel paese.
Nel 2009, con la decisione di riorganizzarsi e rinfrescarsi,
hanno deciso di cambiare nome nel più corto ‘Halo’.
Altamente acclamati da molti, compreso il DJ Steve Harris di Virgin Radio, che li descrive come ‘la band da tenere d’occhio’, le persone delle industrie discografiche stanno accogliendo ‘Halo’ come una delle migliori nuove band in Gran Bretagna oggi.

This is the second visit from Halo to the 'Made in Europe' Programme, having performed previously in Teatro La Fabbrica, Villadossola, on the fourth concert of the 'Made in Europe' Concerts.
For those who don't know the history behind Team Halo (Previously 'Stone Halo')here is a brief outline...
In the spring of 2005, five seemingly ordinary musicians gravitated together to form a rock 'n' soul uber band called 'Stone Halo'. From a myriad of backgrounds, 'Stone Halo' soon developed a unique, hypnotic, rock soul-grinding sound.
On their second gig they supported the explosive Alabama3 (of "The Sopranos" fame) in Norwich, England, and were asked back for further shows on their 2005 tour.
Since then, they have performed at many great venues, and wowed crowds up and down the country.
In 2009, deciding to revamp and freshen up, they decided to rename themselves to the shortened 'Halo'
Highly acclaimed by many in the industry, including Virgin Radio DJ Steve Harris describes them as "the band to watch for" and industry insiders are hailing 'Halo' as one of the most exciting new bands in Britain today.
So friends, it's time to polish your halos and prepare for the perfect storm!
